Alan Hirsch is one of the founders of Movement Leaders Collective, as well as founded the Forge Mission Training Network and 5QCollective. Known for his innovative approach to mission and thought-leadership, Alan is a highly sought after movement strategist for leaders, churches and denominations across the world. He is the author of numerous award winning books including The Forgotten Ways, 5Q, ReJesus, The Shaping of Things to Come, and The Permanent Revolution. He and the remarkable Debra hail from the land down under and currently live in Melbourne, Australia.

BRYAN SIMS
Bryan is a Leadership and Organizational Change Coach with SLI where he coaches leaders, teams, and organizations over extended periods of time to bring spiritual awakening and missional effectiveness (across Anglican, Methodist, Free Methodist, Wesleyan, Baptist, Presbyterian, and non-denominational settings). Bryan is also a professor of Leadership and Lay Equipping at Asbury Theological Seminary, teaching team leadership, equipping, leading change, adaptive spiritual leadership, and the link between leadership and discipleship. Bryan has a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University (2009). He and his wife MyLinda have been happily married since 1997 and have four children: Isaiah, Luke, Silas, and Lydia.
GAIL FICKEN
Gail is the Founder of Multipli; crafted to invite the people of God into the mission of God. Gail is a seasoned coach and trainer. She is experienced in weaving the mDNA throughout a training organization while building training teams marked with the fivefold gifting. Her own leadership signals a quick wit seasoned with positivity and the strength to lead ministry around the corner into the future. She’s an apostolic evangelist and carries a passion for sharing the Gospel and inviting the overlooked and unlikely to step into leadership roles they have yet to imagine. She brings nearly a decade of executive leader experience to her current role. Previously, she started two businesses and served as adult ministries director with her congregation. She is married to Jock, and she has three sons, Dave, Paul and Alex and lives in Nashville, TN.
DELE OKUWOBI
OlaDele Okuwobi is the husband of Rev. Dr. Oneya Fennell Okuwobi and father to Cadence. In his work as a re-imaginest, he is the Directional Pastor of 21st Century Church, Co-founder of Bellwether Academy Preschool, Vice President of Cross Worship Music. Along with his wife, Rev. Dr. Oneya Okuwobi, he is the co-founder of the Love & Unity Project, a consulting and coaching agency helping churches and organizations combat personal and systematic bias by utilizing a combination of theological and social scientific training to ensure measurable and lasting change.
MICHAEL BECK
Michael Adam Beck is a spiritual guide who helps people heal, love, and unleash imagination to create better lives, organizations, and communities. Dr. Beck is the Director of the Fresh Expressions House of Studies at United Theological Seminary, Director of Remissioning for Fresh Expressions US, and Cultivator of Fresh Expressions for the Florida UMC. Michael and wife Jill are co-pastors of Wildwood/St Marks UMCs, and a network of thirteen fresh expressions gathering in tattoo parlors, dog parks, burrito joints, and digital spaces. They direct an inpatient rehab, homeless shelter, and an interracial unity movement. Michael is the author of six books, and considered a global thought leader in the fresh expressions movement.
RYAN HAIRSTON
Ryan and his wife Laura, and their three girls live in Manhattan, New York. Over the last several years they have planted multiple missional communities in the neighborhoods they have lived and together they long to see the community they live now look more and more like the Kingdom of God. Ryan is the National Director of Forge America.
JESSIE CRUICKSHANK
Jessie Cruickshank is a nationally recognized expert in the fields of discipleship, neuroeducation, and experiential education. She has spent over a decade applying neuroeducation research to discipleship, ministry training, experiential education, and organization development. She is respected globally as a missiological thought-leader and serves the body of Christ as a neuro-ecclesiologist. Jessie is an ordained Foursquare minister and holds a Master’s from Harvard in Mind, Brain, and Education. She is a published academic, author, and serves on multiple boards internationally. She currently lives in Colorado, enjoying the rivers with her family.
TARA GAZAWAY
Born and raised in Kansas in the middle of the US, Tara has over ten years of management consulting experience and loved partnering with organizations and a wide variety of teams globally to advance large corporate visions. Then the Lord shifted her focus and ignited her heart for vocational ministry. For seven years she led women’s ministry and was part of the Strategic Planning Team at a large church in the Kansas City area to spark discipling as a central focus and help shift the culture towards a missional community model. Now Tara feels called to combine both her marketplace and ministry experience to partner with visionaries and organizations on mission to boldly advance their visions. Being a Teacher Apostle, she believes we are better together and enjoys motivating movement and understanding through unleashing leaders. Together we must be on the move! She resides in Lenexa, KS with her husband, Matt, and two daughters.
RICH ROBINSON
Rich is one of the founders of Movement Leaders Collective and serves as team leader for the MLC. He also founded Catalyse Change, which provides training and coaching for leaders, writers and entrepreneurs. Over the past 20 years, as a spiritual entrepreneur, movement catalyst, and strategic coach, he has led pioneering training work in missional disciple-making, disruptive innovation, spiritual and social entrepreneurship, and organizational change across the globe. All initiatives are directed to help leaders catalyse spiritual, strategic and social change for the good of others. Rich lives in Edinburgh, Scotland, and is married to Anna, who is a writer and editor, and they have three children: Josiah, Esther and Samuel.
LAURA HAIRSTON
Originally from Texas, Laura and her family moved to New York City’s Upper East Side in early 2018. She serves as a local pastor and network leader in NYC and is the MLC Executive Director. With a degree in Communications and Business, she has served in nonprofit executive leadership for over 10 years and will graduate with her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in the Fall of 2021 from Johnson University. She comes alongside apostolic leaders to build systems and teams to see the vision become a reality. Laura is passionate about advancing the leadership and business efforts of women to thrive in organizations and society.
JOSHUA JOHNSON
Joshua is the Executive Director of All Nations Kansas City – a missions training and sending organization that oversees church planting work in 25 countries. He is also a core team member, coach and consultant for 5Q, an organization that unlocks and releases the potential of five-fold ministry in the body of Christ. Joshua spent 7 years in the Middle East and Asia catalyzing movements to Jesus and saw many Muslim background people get baptized, say yes to following Jesus, and start simple reproducing Jesus communities amidst their own culture. He loves to coach and train others to ignite movements to Jesus. He love movies, traveling the world, being surrounded by nature, and spending time on the golf course. Joshua lives in Kansas City, Mo. with his wife Meredith, who co-leads All Nations Kansas City. They have one son, Luke.
